The Commonwealth
www.visalondon.com
Nationals of commonwealth countries are treated preferentially
under United Kingdom immigration law. Although these benefits have been eroded
over time, they still apply in respect of Right of Abode,
Ancestry and Working Holidays.
Some countries have recently joined the commonwealth whilst others have left
and rejoined. This has implications in respect of Right of Abode in the United
Kingdom.
If you have any specific questions regarding Commonwealth citizenship and how
it may affect you in respect of United Kingdom immigration, please contact
general@visalondon.com
