Nationals of the following countries require visas before travelling to the
United Kingdom in any capacity. They are commonly referred to as visa
nationals.
The only exceptions are certain transit passengers. You should check with your
travel agent or organiser to ascertain if you qualify for this concession.

These requirements apply to most stateless persons also.
Persons recognised as refugees and holding appropriate travel documents issued
in the Western European Union may travel for short visits without pre-clearance

countries have their own visa requirements.

Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Qatar Republic, Romania, Russia, Rwanda,
Sao Tome e Principe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Slovak Republic,
