Welcome to the Immigration information pages of Westminster Business Associates
Ltd. The company is registered as a provider of Immigration Advice and
Services. (See Services)
These pages are not designed as an in-depth reference volume, rather to provide
you with an overview of most of the common categories of person who may travel
to the United Kingdom.
The General Information pages cover Entry Clearance
or Visas, as they are more commonly known. Visas have a very precise meaning in
UK Immigration legislation as is explained more fully. The pages also describe
briefly how you may extend your stay in the United Kingdom. It deals also with
certain Immigration privileges available to Commonwealth and European Economic Area nationals.
The Business Immigration pages may answer some of your questions regarding the
immigration requirements of corporations, including sending
representatives to the United Kingdom and
work permit issues.
Personal Immigration and possible categories that may apply to you are also
covered, including coming to the United Kingdom for
medical treatment,
studying, retirement or to work whilst on extended
holidays.
The Family section is still under construction but should be available soon.
Everybodys' circumstances are different and you may not find the information
that you are looking for. Please do feel free to contact us -
general@visalondon.com - with any UK immigration enquiry that you may have and
we will try to answer it, either by an individual reply, or by adding it
(anonymously) to our forthcoming FAQ section.
