Our fees

Immigration advice and immigration services are provided at the rate of £125.00 per hour. Many clients prefer to be offered a fixed fee quotation for advice and services in advance. We endeavour to accommodate this wherever possible.The following table indicates the fees chargeable in common types of cases and includes both the advice and service elements pertaining to the relevant matter. If the advice or service is not shown in the table, please contact us for a specific quotation.
The agreement confirming an instruction will show the agreed total fee or the hourly rate that prevails as appropriate.
VAT is not added to these charges

The above figures represent a combination of:
1.Providing initial advice on the type of application appropriate to the client's circumstances. 2.Specifying and evaluating the information required in order to provide the service. 3.Specifying and collating the supporting documentation necessary to provide the service 4.Preparing the application or service required including covering letters clarifying areas that may give rise to doubt.
5.Liaising with the relevant authority, client and any third parties until the application is determined.
6.Advising the client of future obligations in respect of any leave granted, or further action required.
