For persons who are abroad, we can advise and assist with applications for United Kingdom Entry Clearance, visas or entry certificates, for all categories under the Immigration Rules including:

For persons in the United Kingdom, we can advise and assist those wishing to extend or vary their stay in this country. In addition to the main Immigration categories, these include:

Variation of immigration status following marriage
Concessions outside the Immigration Rules - Long-term residence etc

We also offer comprehensive advice and services in respect of:

Naturalisation as a British Citizen, and
Registration as a British Citizen

European Economic Area (EEA). We can offer advice on admission to, and residence in Member States under community law. This may be of particular interest if you, or a member of your household, have a claim to citizenship of one of the member states.
For corporate clients and their advisers we offer a bespoke service in respect of posting employees who are not EEA nationals to member states.

Hopefully you or your clients will not fall foul of the Immigration authorities but, if you do, we are able to advise you on your position and we may, in certain circumstances, be willing to represent you.
